Right to Self Help; Interest on Overdue Rent. If an Event of Default occurs, Landlord has the right, but not the obligation, to enter the Premises and to perform any obligation of Tenant under this Lease notwithstanding the fact that no specific provision for substituted performance by Landlord is made in this Lease. In performing the obligation, Landlord may make any payment of money or perform any other act.
