Right to Service. Xxxxx shall have the right to service or have serviced the Product at its discretion in alignment with the service regulations of AVIA Ashok. AVIA Ashok agrees to provide to Xxxxx all relevant technical data and service related materials for the Products, which are usually provided to customers and dealers. Each agency will identify personnel at the state level responsible for liaison with the other agency. Designated personnel will recommend operational procedures and priorities defining services, and scope. DOE will assume the responsibility for notifying LEAs of the content of this agreement, as well as assist and provide consultation to LEAs in developing needed procedures or mechanisms to carry out the terms of this agreement.
