Right to Suspend or Terminate. The City Manager may suspend or terminate this Agreement for any reason by giving ten (10) days written notice to CONSULTANT. Upon receipt of such notice, CONSULTANT shall immediately discontinue its performance under this Agreement. CONSULTANT may suspend or terminate this Agreement for any reason by giving thirty (30) days written notice to CITY.
