If Owner fails to pay Design-Builder any undisputed amount that becomes due, Design-Builder, in addition to all other remedies provided in the Contract Documents, may stop Work pursuant to Section 15.4 hereof. All payments properly due and unpaid shall bear interest at the rate set forth in Section 10.4.1.
