Right to suspend. Purchaser may suspend Contractor’s performance of the Work, in whole or in part, at any time without cause and for its own convenience, by giving Contractor written notice. After receiving a notice of suspension and except as otherwise directed by Xxxxxxxxx, Purchaser may require Contractor to comply with any of the Cessation Actions described in Article 13(F).
