Right to Termination. This license may be terminated: 8.2.1 By Owner or Contractor, immediately upon written notice of termination, in the event of a material breach of this license by the other party, if such breach continues uncured for a period of thirty (30) days after written notice of such breach; or 8.2.2 By an executed written agreement between Owner and Contractor.
