Common use of RIGHT TO USE EXECUTIVE’S NAME AND LIKENESS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO USE EXECUTIVE’S NAME AND LIKENESS. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive hereby grants to the Company the right to use the Executive’s name, likeness and/or biography in connection with the services performed by the Executive under this Agreement and in connection with the advertising or exploitation of any project with respect to which the Executive performs services for the Company.

RIGHT TO USE EXECUTIVE’S NAME AND LIKENESS. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive hereby grants to the Company and its affiliates the right to use the Executive’s 's name, likeness and/or biography in connection with the services performed by the Executive under this Agreement and in connection with the advertising or exploitation explanation of any project with respect to which the Executive performs services for the Companyservices.

RIGHT TO USE EXECUTIVE’S NAME AND LIKENESS. During the term Term of this Agreement, the Executive hereby grants to the Company the right to use the Executive’s name, likeness and/or biography in connection with the services performed by the Executive under this Agreement and and, with the agreement of the Executive, in connection with the advertising or exploitation of any project with respect to which the Executive performs services for the Company.

RIGHT TO USE EXECUTIVE’S NAME AND LIKENESS. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive hereby grants to the Company the right to use the Executive’s name, likeness likeness, and/or biography in connection with the services performed by the Executive under this Agreement and in connection with the advertising or exploitation of any project with respect to which the Executive performs services for the Company. Company agrees that Executive shall be free to disclose and promote Executive’s association with Company in any Company literature of advertising conducted or produced by Executive.

RIGHT TO USE EXECUTIVE’S NAME AND LIKENESS. During the term of this Agreement, the Consultant and the Executive hereby grants grant to the Company the right to use the Executive’s name, likeness and/or biography in connection with the services performed by the Executive under this Agreement and in connection with the advertising or exploitation of any project with respect to which the Executive performs services for the Company. The Company agrees that the Consultant shall be free to disclose and promote the Executive’s association with the Company in any corporate literature or advertising conducted or produced by the Consultant.
