Right-to-Use; Multiple Dedicated Spaces. 4.1.1 In accordance with this Appendix, SBC-13STATE grants to the Collocator the right to use a Dedicated Space. Each Dedicated Space within an Eligible Structure will be considered a single Dedicated Space for the application of rates according to this Appendix.
