Common use of Right to Use School Equipment Clause in Contracts

Right to Use School Equipment. The Association may use Board typewriters, calculators, duplicating machines, audio-visual equipment, technology equipment, and amplifying equipment; provided, however, all such equipment is not in use for educational or community purposes as determined by the building principal. The Association agrees to pay the cost of any materials or supplies used, and to indemnify the Board from any damage or cost of repair arising out of Association use.
