Before SFMTA makes a decision to suspend or terminate an Operator as a result of a Customer Service Complaint, Drivecam video, or other video submitted as part of a Customer Service Complaint, the Division Manager or Assistant Manager shall offer the Operator an opportunity to watch the video or photos provided by the complainant and watch the Drivecam Video. In addition, the parties acknowledge that SFMTA has provided the Transport Workers Union Local 250-A with an access number or password to Drivecam video, and the Transport Workers Union Local 250-A may watch Drivecam video without waiting for a meeting with the Division Manager or Assistant Manager
