Photographs. You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any public spaces, grounds, offices at the Property or any sponsored events at the Property. You grant us and the Manager and our designees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, without restriction as to changes or alterations. This usage may be in conjunction with your own name or a fictitious name. It may involve reproductions in color or otherwise that may be made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known. Usage may include illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other legal purpose. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction with that usage. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in that regard. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You agree that we, the Manager and our designees will have no liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in taking or usage of any picture or in the subsequent processing or publication of the picture. You release us, the Manager, and our designees from all claims of any nature arising in any way from the use of your photograph or photographic image. This release contains the entire agreement on this subject matter.
Photographs are used to record damage, or lack thereof, and support the cause of loss. Photographs should be clear, not blurry, be annotated, detailed and include: • Date taken and by whom • All available exterior elevations o Front elevation with address verification is the only requirement for condominium risks • Verification of the address • Support of the damages including damage close-up and room overviews • Undamaged areas relevant to the location of the direct physical damage; i.e., undamaged cabinet faces, continuous surfaces, etc. • Correct labeling, correlating to the Xactimate Sketch • Roof slopes and pitch for applicable causes of loss including: o Roof layers, drip edges, gutters, vents, jacks Diagrams - Are required in Xactimate Sketch and should follow the roof and / or risk floor plan relevant to the damages found and / or reported. Pod diagramming is prohibited. Diagram should include: • Measurements +/- 3” of actual dimensions • Include ceiling height adjustments when appropriate • Doors, openings, Reference Areas and Reference Blocks 32 SF or greater with areas under, behind and above factored out appropriately o Reference Areas / Blocks include tub and tile surrounds, cabinets and built-ins, etc. • Point of origin notated • Exterior elevations when relevant to the loss or damage • Aerial diagrams are an acceptable alternative to roof sketching in Xactimate if the damage has been verified by the Adjuster’s inspection and photographs Personal Property Damages - are addressed in the claim file when coverage is afforded and the facts suggest an exposure exists. If the Insured or their Representative asserts a Personal Property claim or the investigation suggests damages relevant to the cause of loss: • Conduct a physical inspection, if needed • Determine if a Content Unit referral is appropriate • Consider policy provisions with regard to Personal Property (Coverage C) Limits and Exclusions • Complete Citizens’ Personal Property Inventory Form (PPIF). Insured should sign the form if completing it without the Adjuster’s assistance. TENANT hereby grants Hub University and Core Gainesville University LLC and assigns, those acting with its authority and permission, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and use, re-use, publish, and re- publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of TENANT or in which TENANT may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with TENANT’s own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other legal purpose whatsoever. TENANT also consents to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith. Photographs. Seller understands buyers evaluate listings by the quality and quantity of photographs. Sellers must submit photographs to MLS4OWNERS, which become the property of MLS4OWNERS. Photos must be in .jpg (JPEG). The ideal size is 1024 x 768 pixels. Once in the MLS database, photos are available immediately to brokers and are re-published by participating public real estate sites (including XXX0xxxxxx.xxx), with data usually showing within 24 hours. Each independent website has its own policy on display of photos and listing data.

Photographs. Engineer shall provide color photo documentation using digital photographs having a minimum resolution of 1200 pixels x 1800 pixels. The photos must be true aspect prints with a vertical dimension of 4 inches and a horizontal dimension of 6 inches (minimum 300 dots per inch). Photos must be clear images, free of blur and pixilation. Engineer shall present the photos on 8 ½ inch x 11 inch paper with two photos per page. Engineer shall include for each photo a caption noting the photo title, direction the viewer is facing, and description of each photo. These photo pages must show the Engineering Firm name, contract number, bridge identification number, and inspection date. Photo numbering is permitted but not required. Engineer shall electronically print photos to PDF - they shall not be scanned to PDF. a. Roadway View — Photograph taken looking along the centerline of the roadway showing a view of the bridge as seen from the roadway. This photo may be taken from shoulder area if necessary for safety considerations. Regardless of vantage point, photo must capture the leading corners of the bridge. Whenever possible, this photo must be taken in the direction of traffic for one-way bridges. It is not necessary to capture load posting signs in this photograph. Multiple roadways crossing over a culvert and structures with divided roadways require separate photographs for each roadway.
Photographs. An official Photographer will be appointed for Exhibitors who desire their stands or goods photographed. No other Photographer will be allowed to take photographs, draw, copy or reproduce any stand or article in the Venue without the permission of the Organisers.
Photographs. The University reserves the right to use your photograph in University publications, including recruiting materials, University housing brochures and newsletters, and in electronic versions of those publications, and on bulletin boards in its facilities. If you prefer not to have your photograph used in this manner, you must inform the University’s Housing Office in writing, and the University will make good faith efforts to prevent further use of your photograph.
