Common use of Right to Withhold Performance Clause in Contracts

Right to Withhold Performance. We shall not be obligated to perform under the MindSphere Agreement if such performance is prevented by any impediments arising out of national or international foreign trade or customs requirements, any embargoes, or other sanctions. You further acknowledge that Siemens may be obliged under Export and Sanctions Laws applicable to Siemens to limit or suspend access by you and/or Users to the Services.
