Post-Termination Phase. After termination of a Service, we will remove Your Content that is associated with such Service from the Platform, unless otherwise provided under the DSA or agreed in writing. However, upon your request made within 30 days following the termination date, we will assist you in transitioning certain parts of Your Content to an alternate technology for additional fees and under separately agreed terms, to the same extent that we make such services generally available to all our customers. You acknowledge that some of Your Content may be retained by us as part of our disaster recovery backup of the Platform until deletion of such files in accordance with our policies.

Post-Termination Phase. After termination of Subscriber Agreement, we will remove User Content that is associated with such Service from the Platform. We remove User Content 30 days after expiry of the free trial referred to in Section 4.1.3. above. However, upon Subscriber request, we enable Subscriber and End Users to download User Content and in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format chosen by us. You acknowledge that some of User Content may be retained by us as part of our disaster recovery backup of the Platform until deletion of such files in accordance with our policies.

Employee acknowledges that the provisions of this Section 9 are essential to protect the business and goodwill of the Companies. Employee will continue to be bound by the provisions of this Section §9 until their expiration and shall not be entitled to any compensation from CURO with respect thereto except as provided above. If at any time the provisions of this Section 9 shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable by reason of being vague or unreasonable as to area, duration or scope of activity, this Section 9 shall be considered divisible and shall become and be immediately amended to only such area, duration and scope of activity as shall be determined to be reasonable and enforceable by the court or other body having jurisdiction over the matter; and Employee agrees that this Section 9 as so amended shall be valid and binding as though any invalid or unenforceable provision had not been included herein. Employee hereby acknowledges that he has agreed to be bound by the provisions of this Section 9 in consideration for the compensation, severance and other benefits to be provided by CURO to Employee pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • CFR PART 200 Termination Termination for cause and for convenience by the grantee or subgrantee including the manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement.   • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status.
