Upon the termination of this Agreement, no Party shall have any further right or obligation hereunder except (i) with respect to any obligations to have been performed prior to said termination or with respect to any default in the performance of the provisions of this Agreement which has occurred prior to said termination, and (ii) with respect to the indemnity obligations set forth herein.
