Rights and Duties of Grantee upon Expiration of Ordinance. Upon expiration of this Ordinance, whether by lapse of time, by agreement between the Company and the City, or by forfeiture thereof, the Company shall have the right to remove from public property and all of its facilities used in its business within reasonable time after such expiration or forfeiture, but in such event, it shall be the duty of the Company immediately upon such removal, to restore the right-of-way from which said facilities are removed to as good condition as the same were before said removal was effected without cost to the City.
