COMPANY ACCEPTANCE. The Company shall, within sixty days after the final publication of this ordinance in the official City newspaper, file with the City Clerk its written acceptance of all terms, conditions, and provision of this ordinance. The acceptance of this ordinance shall be in writing, shall be acknowledged before an officer authorized by law to administer oaths, and, when accepted by the City, shall constitute a contract between the City and the Company. Failure to abide by any terms of this paragraph shall render this ordinance and Franchise Contract null and void.
