Rights and Duties of Indenture Trustee. (a) The Indenture Trustee shall not be responsible for the correctness of the Recitals in the Special Provisions hereof or in the Obligations (except the Indenture Trustee's authentication certificate thereon), all of which Recitals are statements made solely by the Shipowner. (b) The Indenture Trustee shall not be responsible for the validity, execution by other parties thereto, or sufficiency of this Indenture, the Authorization Agreement, the Obligations or the Guarantees.
