Common use of RIGHTS AND FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS AND FACILITIES. Maintain and preserve all rights (including all rights related to Intellectual Property), franchises and other authority adequate for the conduct of its business; maintain its properties, equipment and facilities in good order and repair; conduct its business in an orderly manner without voluntary interruption in the Ordinary Course of Business; and maintain and preserve its existence.
