Common use of Rights and obligations of accommodated person Clause in Contracts

Rights and obligations of accommodated person. a. Resident is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with the Dormitory Rules(DR) of the Student dormitories (SD) of the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice (hereinafter referred to as "Dormitory rules") and to comply with its provisions. Dormitory rules are binding for the resident. By signing this agreement, the resident confirms that he/she has been familiar with the provisions of the DR and agrees with the accommodation conditions modified in it. b. Resident has the right to properly use the premises provided to him/her as well as the common premises of SD. c. Resident is obliged to become aware of and comply with health and safety regulations and fire protection regulations and to observe them. d. Resident is obliged to protect the property of the AP as well as his own property. e. Resident to whom has been assigned a disciplinary measure by a valid decision (due to the violation of the DR) or who in the agreed period has not paid the fee for the accommodation in SD is not entitled to get accommodation.
