Rights and Obligations of CCCS. 4.1 CCCS shall provide to CU Boulder information regarding courses available through any CCCS School. 4.2 CCCS and the applicable CCCS School shall have the sole right and authority to determine whether a CCCS student meets all the requirements that must be satisfied in order to receive a CCCS degree, as applicable.
