Common use of Rights and Obligations of Lender Clause in Contracts

Rights and Obligations of Lender. 6.1 Lender has the right to be repaid the principal, receive interest (including compound, overdue and appropriated penalty interest) and the necessary expenses from the Borrower in accordance with this Contract.
