Rights and Obligations of the Consultant. The rights and obligations of the Consultant are strictly limited to the terms and conditions of the Contract, including the General Conditions of Contract attached as Annex C, which together with Annexes A and B form an integral part of the Contract. Accordingly, the Consultant shall not be entitled to any payment except as expressly provided in the Contract.
