Rights and Obligations of the Trust. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Trust shall only be a party to this Agreement with respect to the terms and conditions contained in Sections 6, 7, 15, and 17 through 25, and shall not be liable for any obligations of the Company hereunder.
