Rights and Obligations of Warrant Holder. The Holder of this Warrant shall not, by virtue hereof, be entitled to any voting rights or other rights as a stockholder of the Company. No provision of this Warrant, in the absence of affirmative actions by the Holder to purchase Common Stock of the Company by exercising this Warrant, and no enumeration in this Warrant of the rights or privileges of the Holder, will give rise to any liability of such Holder for the Exercise Price of Common Stock acquirable by exercise hereof or as a stockholder of the Company.
