RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS SUBJECT TO POWER OF COURT. The right of the holders of Senior Indebtedness and the obligations of the Trustee and the Debentureholders set forth in this Article Nine are subject to the power of a court of competent jurisdiction to make other equitable provision reflecting the rights conferred in this Indenture upon the Senior Indebtedness and the holders thereof with respect to the Debentures and the Holders thereof by a plan of reorganization under applicable bankruptcy law. Section 9.12.
