Rights and Obligations Under Subleases. Unless a Lease Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing under Section 14 and Lessor shall have given written notice to Lessee, Lessor agrees to make available to Lessee such rights as Lessor may have, and Lessee shall be entitled to exercise all rights of Lessor under, each Sublease in each case, subject to the applicable provisions of this Lease and the Collateral Agency Agreement, if any. Lessor hereby delegates to Lessee, and Lessee hereby assumes and shall be obligated to perform, all obligations of Lessor under each Sublease, in each case subject to the applicable provisions of this Lease and Collateral Agency Agreement, if any.
