Rights and Obligations Under the Bankruptcy Code. (i) Upon filing of a petition by or against Lessee under the Bankruptcy Code, Lessee, as debtor and as debtor-in-possession, and any trustee who may be appointed with respect to the assets of or estate in bankruptcy of Lessee, agree to pay monthly in advance, on the first day of each month, as reasonable compensation for the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises, an amount equal to all Rent due pursuant to this Lease.
