Rights and Powers of Limited Partners. In addition to the matters described in Section 3.10 above, the Limited Partners shall have the right to vote upon and take any of the following actions upon the approval of a Majority of the Limited Partners, without the concurrence of the General Partners.

Rights and Powers of Limited Partners. A. Any Limited Partner may engage in or own an interest in any other business ventures which may be engaged in the same or similar businesses as that of the Partnership.
