Rights as a Purchaser. With respect to its Notes, the Collateral Agent shall have the same rights and powers hereunder and under any other Related Document as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not the Collateral Agent, and the term “Purchaser” or “Purchasers” shall, unless the context otherwise indicates, include the Collateral Agent in its individual capacity.
