RIGHTS AS A STOCKHOLDER, DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE OR CONSULTANT. 9.1 Rights as a Stockholder. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement with respect to restrictions on transfer of any nonvested and forfeitable Award Shares, you are entitled to all rights of a stockholder of the Company, including the right to vote the Award Shares and receive dividends and/or other distributions declared on the Award Shares.
