Common use of Rights as a Unitholder; Information Clause in Contracts

Rights as a Unitholder; Information. No holder of any Option, as such, will be entitled to vote or receive dividends or be deemed the holder of Units or any other securities of the Partnership which may at any time be issuable upon the exercise hereof for any purpose, nor will anything contained herein be construed to confer upon the holder of any Option, as such, any of the rights of a Unitholder of the Partnership (including without limitation the right to demand copies of any books and records of the Partnership) or any right to vote for the election of directors or upon any matter submitted to Unitholders at any meeting thereof, or to receive notice of meetings, or to receive dividends or subscription rights or otherwise until the Option has been exercised and the Units or other securities of the Partnership issuable thereunder have become deliverable, as provided herein.
