Rights Confined to Parties. Nothing expressed or implied herein is intended or shall be construed to confer upon or give to any Person, other than the parties hereto, and their respective successors and assigns as permitted hereunder, any right, remedy, or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or of any term, covenant, or condition hereto, and all the terms, covenants, conditions, promises, and agreements contained herein shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns as permitted hereunder.

Rights Confined to Parties. Nothing expressed or implied herein is intended or shall be construed to confer upon or give to any Person, other than the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns as permitted hereunder, any right, remedy, or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or of any term, covenant, or condition hereto, and all the terms, covenants, conditions, promises, and agreements contained herein shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns as permitted hereunder.
