Rights Cumulative and Survival. The rights granted Lessor under this Section 7.3 are in addition to and not in limitation of any other rights or remedies available to Lessor hereunder or allowed at law or in equity or rights of indemnification provided to Lessor in any agreement pursuant to which Lessor purchased any of the Leased Properties. The payment and indemnification obligations set forth in this Section 7.3 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Term of this Lease.
