Common use of Rights Cumulative and Survival Clause in Contracts

Rights Cumulative and Survival. The rights granted Lessor under this Section are in addition to and not in limitation of any other rights or remedies available to Lessor hereunder or allowed at law or in equity. The obligations of Lessee to defend, indemnify and hold Lessor harmless, as set forth in this Section 7.3, arising as a result of an act, omission, condition or other matter occurring or existing during the Term, whether or not the act, omission, condition or matter as to which such obligations relate is discovered during the Term, shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Term of this Master Lease.
