Common use of Rights cumulative, non-exclusive Clause in Contracts

Rights cumulative, non-exclusive. The rights and remedies which this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents give to the Lessor are: 28.1.1 cumulative; 28.1.2 may be exercised as often as appears expedient; and 28.1.3 shall not, unless this Agreement or any Transaction Document explicitly and specifically states so, be taken to exclude or limit any right or remedy conferred by any law.
