Rights Cumulative; Waivers. The respective rights of the Guarantor and the Issuer under this Agreement: (a) may be exercised as often as necessary; (b) are cumulative and not exclusive of its rights under applicable law; and (c) may be waived only in writing and specifically. Delay in exercising or non-exercise of any such right is not a waiver of that right.
