Rights etc. Shareholders shall have no preemptive or other right to receive, purchase or subscribe for any additional Shares or other securities issued by the Trust. The Shareholders shall have no appraisal rights with respect to their Shares and, except as otherwise determined by the Trustees in their sole discretion, shall have no exchange or conversion rights with respect to their Shares.
