Rights granted by Affiliated Entities. Upon any Legal Entity ceasing to be an Affiliated Entity of a Party, the Access Rights previously granted by such Legal Entity to any Party and/or its Affiliated Entities under or in respect of Background, or Results, as well as the obligation to grant Access Rights upon request in the period after such ceasing, during which the Parties can still request Access Rights, shall continue in full force and effect.
