Common use of Rights granted by Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Rights granted by Affiliates. Upon any Legal Entity ceasing to be an Affiliate of a Party, the licenses or user rights previously granted by such Legal Entity to any Party and/or its Affiliates under or in respect of Background, or Results, as well as the obligation to grant Access Rights upon request in the period after such ceasing, during which the Parties can still request Access Rights, shall continue in full force and effect.
