Rights in Customer Content. You warrant and represent that you have the right and authority to provide your Customer Content and that the Customer Content or any part thereof does not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights or any other rights of any Third Party. You hereby consent and grant to us and our service providers a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, licence and right to host, transmit, distribute or use (which will include the right to copy, reproduce and/or publish) the Customer Content in connection with Services.
