Common use of Rights in Customer Content Clause in Contracts

Rights in Customer Content. As between Customer and Litera, Customer owns the Customer Content. Customer hereby grants to Litera and its Affiliates and service providers, a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferrable and sublicensable, royalty-free license to collect, maintain, modify and process Customer Content as required to provide Services to Customer.
