Common use of Rights in Customer Data and Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Rights in Customer Data and Personal Data. As between the parties, Customer will retain all right, title and interest (including any and all intellectual property rights) in and to the Customer Data and Personal Data provided to Entrust. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, Customer hereby grants to Entrust a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, store, transmit, modify, create derivative works of and display the Customer Data and Personal Data contained therein solely to the extent necessary to provide Identity Proofing to Customer, and to sub-license such rights to any of Entrust’s applicable subcontractors.
