Common use of Rights in Production Clause in Contracts

Rights in Production. All of Seller’s rights, title and interest in and to all reversionary interests, “back-in” interests, overriding royalties, production payments, net profits interests, mineral and royalty interests in production of oil, gas or other minerals relating to the Leases;
