Common use of Rights Non-Exclusive Clause in Contracts

Rights Non-Exclusive. The rights to indemnification and the payment of expenses incurred in defending a proceeding in advance of its final disposition conferred in this Section 12.3 shall not be exclusive of any other right that any Person may have or hereafter acquire under any statute, provision of this Agreement, any other agreement, any vote of Members or disinterested Managers, or otherwise.

Rights Non-Exclusive. The rights to indemnification and the payment advancement of expenses incurred in defending a proceeding in advance of its final disposition conferred in this Section 12.3 2.9 shall (a) not be exclusive of any other right that which any Person person may have or hereafter acquire under any statute, provision of this Agreement, any other agreement, any vote of Members or disinterested ManagersDirectors or otherwise and (b) unless otherwise provided when authorized or ratified, or otherwisecontinue as to a person who has ceased to be a Covered Person.
