Rights Non-Exclusive. Notwithstanding anything herein contained that may be or appear to the contrary, the rights, privileges, and licenses granted to Affiliated Airline under this Affiliate Agreement are “non-exclusive,” and the Authority reserves the right to grant similar privileges to others.
