Common use of Rights Non-Exclusive Clause in Contracts

Rights Non-Exclusive. ‌ Notwithstanding anything herein contained that may be or appear to the contrary, the rights, privileges and licenses granted under this Agreement, except in Exclusive Space, are "non exclusive," and nothing herein contained shall be construed to grant or authorize the granting of an exclusive right within the meaning of Section 308 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as such may be amended.
