Common use of Rights Non-Exclusive Clause in Contracts

Rights Non-Exclusive. The rights to indemnification and the payment of expenses incurred in defending a proceeding in advance of its final disposition conferred in this Section 2.12 shall not be exclusive of any other right which any person may have or hereafter acquire under any statute, provision of this Agreement, agreement, vote of Members or disinterested Directors or otherwise.

Rights Non-Exclusive. The rights to indemnification and the payment of expenses incurred in defending a proceeding in advance of its final disposition conferred in this Section 2.12 2.13 shall not be exclusive of any other right which any person may have or hereafter acquire under any statute, provision of this Agreement, agreement, vote of Members or disinterested Directors Managers or otherwise.

Rights Non-Exclusive. The rights to indemnification and the payment advancement of expenses incurred in defending a proceeding in advance of its final disposition conferred in this Section 2.12 2.9 shall (a) not be exclusive of any other right which any person may have or hereafter acquire under any statute, provision of this Agreement, agreement, vote of Members or disinterested Directors or otherwiseotherwise and (b) unless otherwise provided when authorized or ratified, continue as to a person who has ceased to be a Covered Person.
