Common use of RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES. 7.1 At any time during the exit management period, where Assets are located at the Implementation Agency's premises, the Implementation Agency will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) the Nodal Agency or its nominated agency and/or any Replacement Implementation Agency in order to make an inventory of the Assets.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES. 7.1 At any time during the exit management period, where Assets are located at the Implementation Agency's premises, the Implementation Agency will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) the Nodal Agency Purchaser or its nominated agency and/or any Replacement Implementation Agency in order to make an inventory of the Assets.
