Rights of Application Licensor. Each software licensor for the Application is (to the extent agreed by Ricoh and such licensor) an intended beneficiary of this Agreement with rights to enforce the software license for the Services.

Rights of use of the results and of pre-existing rights by the NA and the Union The beneficiaries grant the NA and the Union the following rights to use the results of the project:
Scope of Application Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the dispute settlement provisions of this Chapter shall apply with respect to the settlement of all disputes between the Parties regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement, whenever a Party considers that the other Party has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.
