Rights of Executives. An Executive's rights and interests under the Plan shall be subject to the following provisions: (a) An Executive's rights to payments under the Plan shall not be subject in any manner to anticipation, alienation, sale, transfer, assignment, pledge, encumbrance, attachment, or garnishment by creditors of the Executive. (b) Neither the Plan nor any action taken hereunder shall be construed as giving any Executive any right to be retained in the employment of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries.
