Rights of Facility Mortgagees. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the provisions of this Article XV are subject to the rights of the Facility Mortgagees (provided that the same shall be subject to the terms of any applicable subordination and non-disturbance agreement entered into between Lessee and the applicable Facility Mortgagee).
